Our office requires payment upon services rendered. We happily accept forms of payment via cash, check, or visa/mastercard.

Our office also accepts No-fault Insurance and Workman compensation cases that are approved.

We also offer a super bill invoice, which you can submit to your insurance and request for reimbursement. A one time $20 processing fee will be charged. It is advisable for you to contact your insurance company and review your policy regarding claims for treatment of acupuncture.

Please allow 24-hours notice for all cancellations to avoid being charged for a full treatment.
